I also got my truck up to 85mph on the highway today, I was keeping up with traffic. People in Colorado at night need to slow down on I25, it was scary for me to go that speed. The front suspension felt like it wanted to take off without me. I also improved my gas mileage close to what I should be getting. I got 13.5mpg tonight.

13.5 mpg in a 4.0 Ranger? That doesn't seem right.

I know someone with an X1/9. It's incredible how well they handle, and how small and light they are (~2,000 lbs).

They need to quit following so close at 85mph. I-25 was scary when I lived there. Sooo many roll overs. They had no time to avoid the car in front of them, and swerved into the median at 80 mph.

I25 after dark is batshit crazy. No one follows the rules, except left lane drivers. The left lane is only empty at night, which is strange

When I went to CO, we got a rental Versa SV with the CVT. Going 85-90 at high altitude up hill must be scarier than in you truck.

You're gonna have to learn real quick, 80+ is pretty normal on highways in my experience.

I25 is notorious for high speeds after dark.

Most highways around here are 85 24/7.

It seems low. I just ran my 95 F150 flat out of gas on the front tank and got 15.

(I drive somewhere between Bro and Granny. More toward Granny.)

That is true. The semi's that spend 10 miles trying to pass each other used to drive me nuts too.

You also have to realize not only was I driving like an asshole but also only have 5 hours of manual driving time

The highways here are actually pretty civil and lawful during daylight hours.
